1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or creating an account you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. No candidate charges
Billa International does not charge candidates any fee for job placement, registration or interview scheduling. Any person demanding money in our name is acting fraudulently and must be reported to us immediately.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted. Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in permanent blacklisting and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Job listings
Vacancies are published on behalf of our client employers. Terms including salary, benefits and joining dates are determined by the employer and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
5. Employer obligations
Client employers agree to the commercial terms, service fees, payment schedules and replacement conditions defined in their signed service agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
We act as a recruitment intermediary. We are not liable for the employment decisions, working conditions or contractual conduct of employers, though we will always support candidates in raising grievances.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software and design on this platform are the property of Billa International Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
