Candidate profiles and documents are shared only with employers and principals for the roles you have applied to or expressly consented to. We never sell candidate data to third parties.

All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role based access control, permission based module access, secure document access and full audit logging of every read and write operation.
5. Data retention
Active candidate profiles are retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your profile at any time by writing to our data protection desk, subject to statutory record keeping obligations.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for profile sharing at any time from your candidate portal.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and anonymous analytics cookies to improve site performance. No advertising trackers are used.
