Candidates
Is candidate registration free?+
Yes. Registration, profile creation, job alerts and applying to jobs on the Billa International portal are completely free for candidates. We never charge candidates for job placement.
How do I track my application status?+
Log in to the Candidate Portal and open My Applications. Every stage — Applied, Screening, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected, Offer and Joined — is updated in real time by your recruiter.
Which documents do I need to upload?+
Resume, photograph, Aadhaar/ID proof, education certificates and experience letters. For overseas jobs you additionally need a valid passport, medical fitness and police clearance.
How long does it take to get a job after registering?+
For skilled and semi-skilled roles most candidates receive their first interview call within 7 to 15 days. Overseas placements typically complete in 45 to 90 days including documentation and visa processing.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?+
Yes. You may apply to as many suitable vacancies as you like. Each application is tracked separately in your candidate portal so you always know where each one stands.
What if I am not selected?+
Your profile stays active in our database and our matching engine automatically considers you for every new vacancy that fits your skills, experience and location preferences.
Do you help with resume writing?+
Yes. Our counsellors review your profile free of charge and help you present your experience, trade certifications and skills in the format employers expect.
I do not have a passport. Can I still register?+
Absolutely. A passport is only required for overseas roles. For domestic jobs an Aadhaar or any government photo ID is sufficient, and we can guide you on passport application if you later want to work abroad.

UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia and Singapore. All deployments are through licensed and verified employers only.
